2. User Eligibility

By registering for any course or workshop, you confirm that:

You are a medically qualified professional
You hold a recognized medical degree such as MBBS, MD, MS, DNB, or equivalent
You are legally permitted to learn/apply ultrasound techniques in your country

We reserve the right to request qualification proof at any time and cancel access if information is inaccurate.

3. Identity Verification & Misrepresentation

All participants must register using their own accurate and verifiable information, including:

Full Name
Email ID
Phone Number
Country of Residence
Country of Medical Practice
Professional Qualification

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is strictly prohibited.

Illustrative Example (International Context)

If a participant resides or practises outside India but registers using their Indian hometown address and a friend’s Indian phone number to pay in INR instead of USD, it will be considered intentional misrepresentation and fraud.

Such registrations will be cancelled without refund.

We may request identity verification documents at any time.

4. International Pricing & Currency Compliance

Participants who reside OR practise outside India must pay the international fee (USD).

The following actions constitute currency fraud and are prohibited:

Using an Indian phone number to register while living abroad
Using an Indian payment method to avoid USD pricing
Getting someone in India to register on your behalf
Providing inaccurate country information to bypass pricing rules

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate access
Cancel registration
Deny refunds
Request KYC / identity proofs

5. Account Usage Rules

Participants agree to the following:

One account per user
Login information must NOT be shared
Zoom links will be available only on the dashboard
Live classes must not be recorded or shared
Course content cannot be downloaded unless explicitly allowed
Screenshots, forwarding, or sharing of notes/MCQs/PDFs is prohibited

Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Course Access, Recordings & Materials

Live Classes

Zoom links activate 1 hour before each session
Links are not emailed separately
Users must log in with their registered name for attendance/credits

Recordings

View-only
Not downloadable
Accessible for the duration specified for your course

Notes, PDFs & Study Material

Read-only
Not downloadable unless specified
Redistribution is strictly prohibited

Technical Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

User’s internet issues
Device compatibility
Forgotten passwords
Incorrect login details
Local technical failures

Users must ensure a stable internet connection.

7. Certificates

Certificates issued by Aadhya Pain Management Centre:

Represent participation or completion only
Are not equivalent to MD/DM/MSc degrees
Do not grant clinical privileges
Do not authorize the user to perform procedures beyond their legal scope

Accreditation (EACCME/AAA) varies by batch and is subject to approval conditions.

8. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Payments

All payments must be made through official gateways listed on our website.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued once modules/classes have started
No refund for missed classes or connectivity issues
No refund in cases of misrepresentation, identity fraud, or currency evasion
Refund windows (if any) will be clearly mentioned for specific programs

Chargebacks

Unlawful or fraudulent chargebacks will lead to:

Permanent account suspension
Legal recovery of course fees
Reporting to payment gateways for misuse
